Hummus and Garden Vegetables (Serves 4)


• 1 15.5oz can chick peas (garbanzo beans)

• 1/2 cup diced onion

• 1 tablespoon canola oil

• 2 tablespoons lemon juice

• 1 small bunch parsley, washed and chopped

• paprika, and cumin to garnish

Preparation: In a bowl or food processer, mash or puree chick peas. Add onions, parsley, lemon juice, and oil. Mix together well. Place in bowl, and sprinkle with paprika and cumin. Serve with celery and carrot sticks, grape tomatoes, cucumber, green, or red pepper slices. Enjoy.
