A healthier, homemade alternative to Take-Out Sub Sandwiches:

Turkey & Cheese Tortilla Wrap

(Serves 1)


•1 8inch whole wheat tortilla

•2 oz. turkey breast

•½oz slice American or provolone cheese

•1 cup shredded lettuce

•1 sliced tomato

•1 sandwich pickle

•1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, low fat mayo, or low fat sour cream (optional)

Preparation:Place turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickle on whole wheat tortilla. Top with Dijon mustard, mayo, or sour cream, if desired. Fold in the sides and roll up. Cut in half, and enjoy.
